I am a seasoned writer and certified life coach who believes in the power of writing for therapeutic purposes.  If you are going through trauma, anxiety, or are just having a hard time, I am offering my services for free.

The Process:

  • Send me an email with your Intake Form fully filled out.
  • Together we will come up with a plan to work on your goals/issues/memories, through a series of writing prompts and emails.  We will work together at least twice a week.
  • I will give you personalized writing prompts that can be done throughout the week.
  • I will analyze what you have written and review each word carefully.  I may give positive feedback, but I will not criticize. This is for your health, your well being, and your sanity.
